FAQ
Can your products directly replace the brand we're using now? How do you test compatibility?
Usually yes, but it depends on the product and your formulation. Our process: send you TDS/SDS and specs, ship samples for trial runs (you can share process details via WhatsApp), we’ll help analyze compatibility and suggest adjustments. If needed, we offer custom formulations and on-site tech support.
What certificates and third-party tests can you provide? Are you compliant with EU/US/SEA market rules?
We provide COA, SDS, SGS or other third-party reports, and ISO9001 if available. For specific markets (REACH for EU, US food-contact rules, SEA import rules) we’ll prepare or help arrange the required documentation—tell us the target market and we’ll list what’s needed.
Can I get samples? What are your MOQ, pricing and payment terms?
Yes. Samples can be free (you pay shipping) or paid (sample fee can be credited to first order). MOQ depends on product/packaging (common: 25/50/200kg drums or by ton). Prices will show EXW/FOB/CIF as applicable. Payment: T/T, L/C, or trade-assurance options—everything will be in the quotation.
Do you have steady production capacity and reliable lead times? Can you ship directly to our SEA warehouse?
We have stable capacity and can support monthly supply depending on product and order size. We recommend a small trial order and stocking plan. We handle FOB/CIF/DDP and can ship to your Southeast Asia warehouse or arrange local delivery. Dangerous goods require special handling and may extend lead times.
What about shipping/customs and if a product underperforms—how do you handle claims?
Before shipment we provide SDS, packing list, commercial invoice, COO, etc. Some chemicals are classified as dangerous goods and need UN numbers/declarations. If quality issues occur, don’t discard—send batch number, COA, SDS and process details. Our tech team will analyze remotely; if it’s a quality issue we’ll follow contract terms (rework, replacement or compensation) and can arrange third-party testing.
